ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a Full Time Family Assistant for a one child family based in Nashville.

Regular Tasks for This Role (includes but are not limited to):

• Overseeing the principals home and repairs
• Working with vendors on scheduling, appointments and payments and meeting vendors at the home when necessary
• Running various errands for the household
• Grocery shopping and making sure the kitchen is regularly stocked
• Making sure essential items throughout the house are always stocked
• Laundry
• School pickup and transport to after school activities
• Assisting with homework
• Light meal prep
• Walking the dogs
• Taking dogs to vet appointments
• Taking dogs to groomer appointments
• Putting the needs of the principal first during working hours
• Occasionally dogsitting when principal is out of town
• Occasionally staying overnight when principal is traveling
• Occasionally traveling with the family

Skills/Experience/Education

• A minimum of two years of experience as a family assistant, nanny or working within the music business is required
• Current certifications in CPR & First Aid must be completed
• Must have a clean driving record
• Strong Critical Thinking Skills
• Innate ability to read the room
• Genuinely enjoys being of service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling

Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends, flexibility is KEY 

Typical hours will be 12:30-7:30 but additional hours may be needed in the morning and/or evening- this will be communicated in advance

$35-45/hr DOE

30 hours guaranteed
