Family Syllabus: This amazing family located in Woodside is looking for a career Spanish-speaking ROTA nanny to care for their infant son, who will be between 10 and 11 months old when care begins. Their son loves it when people read to him, and he is eating solids and hitting all of his developmental milestones. The parents value kindness, patience, and creating a calm, nurturing home environment. As new parents, they are embracing the joyful moments of raising a little one and would like to add another nanny to their team. They currently have an NCS and one ROTA Nanny.
Ideal Candidate: The family’s ideal candidate is patient, warm, has a positive attitude, takes initiative, and loves to travel. A nanny who is experienced with developmentally appropriate milestones and activities for their growing son is very important. This family values proactive candidates and seeks a nanny who can step in when needed. Please be a patient, positive person with a high EQ. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in providing hands-on support, able to assess and adapt to the family’s needs seamlessly, offering guidance when necessary and stepping back when appropriate. The parents plan to be hands-on and look forward to your support. The family will also travel domestically and internationally, and they plan to bring their nanny with them. Please be organized, communicate clearly, and be prepared at all times. They would love a nanny who can foster some independence but is also safety cautious. A nanny who can read a room and knows when to step in and when to step out is expected. A college degree is not required, but it would be a huge bonus. This family will only consider candidates local to San Francisco or willing to relocate.
Job Synopsis: Spend your days following a consistent routine with the sweetest baby boy. Mornings are filled with reading books, neighborhood walks, and music time, along with planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that support his development. Responsibilities also include handling all child-related laundry, maintaining clean and organized play areas, and pitching in with additional tidying as needed. This position follows a rotational schedule of one week on and one week off, with 24/7 coverage during working weeks. Flexibility for extended rotations and frequent travel is essential. The role offers a target annual gross salary of $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience, along with sick days, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. This position is not open to fly-in and fly-out. Relocation assistance is available.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who has MMR and Tdap vaccinations and is open to the flu vaccine.
Roll Call: This amazing position will start in May or June.
Qualifications:
5 years of professional nanny experience
At least 1 year of experience working 24/7 shifts as a ROTA nanny
Travel experience both domestically and internationally
CPR/first aid certification
TrustLine certified
Passport ready
Clean driving record
Excellent references
