Family Assistant
A busy family with two young children (both under 5) is seeking a warm, nurturing Family Assistant to support daily household tasks and childcare. The ideal candidate has experience working in a private home, enjoys supporting young children, and brings a positive, team-player attitude.
Primary responsibilities include daily graces and household tidying, making beds, children’s laundry, folding all laundry, and light household organization.
This person will prep ingredients for dinner daily; the family would love someone comfortable preparing simple, healthy family dinners as well.
There is the opportunity to travel to Europe with the family in the summer, but it is not a requirement. The principals understand that the candidate may prefer to have several weeks off in the summer and are open to a discussion.
Compensation of $40 to $45 per hour offered, depending on experience, with a benefits package (to be discussed with qualified candidates).
Generally, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The principals appreciate candidates who have some flexibility to pivot for an early start, date night, or weekend when requested.
