Full Time Nanny

Summary:
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, polished nanny to provide attentive care for their 15-month-old while working closely alongside a stay-at-home mother. The ideal candidate will bring a thoughtful, developmentally informed approach to supporting a toddler who is currently working toward progress with solids and physical milestones. This role requires a proactive and collaborative caregiver who is confident partnering with a hands-on parent, takes feedback well, and contributes positively to the rhythm of the household. The family is looking for someone who is professional, adaptable, and naturally anticipates needs, creating a supportive environment that allows the household to run smoothly.

Required Skills:
Qualified candidates will have recent full-time nanny experience caring for toddlers and working with multiple children, along with a strong understanding of toddler development, feeding transitions, and age-appropriate activities that support physical and cognitive growth. The nanny should be comfortable collaborating closely with a stay-at-home parent, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A polished and professional demeanor, receptiveness to feedback, and the ability to be proactive in supporting the household are essential. Candidates should also be willing to assist with light household tasks that help make daily life easier for the family, such as tidying children’s areas, preparing meals, grocery shopping, and maintaining organization related to the child’s care.

M-F, 7am-4pm

Required Certifications:
3-5 Years Experience, CPR & First Aid, Trustline

Hourly/Salary:
30.-40.
