About the Family

This first-time family is welcoming, thoughtful, and deeply invested in creating a nurturing and developmentally supportive environment for their baby. Their son is currently 11 weeks old (a Halloween baby!) and is active, alert, and doing well with nighttime sleep. Both parents work full-time and are looking for a trusted caregiver who can grow with their family and help establish healthy daytime routines as their child continues to develop.

They value respectful communication, intentional caregiving, and treating their child as an individual from the very beginning. They are excited to partner with a nanny who feels confident caring for infants and supporting early developmental milestones.

Schedule & Start

The anticipated schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility if needed. The family plans to interview throughout February, with an ideal start date in early to mid-March. Both parents may be working from home at times, but the nanny will have full responsibility for childcare during working hours.
