This warm and welcoming family is a joy to work with. They are engaged, communicative parents who genuinely value the role of a nanny and are looking to build a relationship rooted in trust, mutual respect, and shared values around child development and care.
They have a curious 2.5-year-old and a sweet 4-month-old. Looking ahead, the family may explore transitioning this role into a full-time position after Summer 2026 and would love to continue with the same caregiver if there is mutual interest. That said, they are fully open to hiring a separate candidate for the future full-time role if needed.
This family is deeply invested in bonding, creativity, and fostering a love of learning. They are looking for a nanny who genuinely loves early childhood, understands developmental stages, and brings imagination, warmth, and confidence to their work.
The family currently resides in Wilton and will be relocating to New Cannan. Candidates must be able to commute to both locations.
