The two older children attend school nearby, while the youngest spends the day at home. Mom is very hands-on and values collaboration and communication with a nanny who feels aligned with the family’s parenting approach and rhythm of the home. The family spends summers in the UK, so candidates must be passport-ready and excited about the opportunity to travel internationally.

Job Synopsis: The primary responsibilities will focus on supporting the children throughout the day! From school drop-offs for the older two children, to engaging and staying active with the toddler, to pitching in around the home to keep the family organized and balanced, no task is too big or too small. The family has a housekeeper, so the nanny will be responsible for all things child-related: prepping healthy, organic meals and snacks, organizing the children’s areas and keeping them tidy, transitioning out the wardrobes, and partnering with the mom in keeping everything running smoothly! The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:30 am until 7:30 pm. The hours will range from 50 to 60 hours a week. Flexibility to support this family is key. The family travels both domestically and internationally, including extended summer stays in the UK for up to three months. Candidates should have prior travel-nanny experience and be comfortable being away from home for up to two months at a time. The rate for this position is $45-$50/hour gross DOE with paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
