Full-Time Infant Nanny

Cleveland, Ohio (Ohio City Neighborhood)  •  Start Date: Late April / Early May 2026

Position Overview

A warm and engaged Cleveland family is seeking a dedicated full-time nanny to care for their infant son born in early 2026. This is a wonderful long-term opportunity with a supportive household where one parent works from home. The ideal candidate is developmentally aware, communicative, and genuinely passionate about infant care. Russian-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (every other Monday off)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week (paid regardless of schedule changes)
• Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Start Date: Start date of late April 2026, with one to two weeks of transition overlap preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for child
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities and sensory experiences for infant age and stage
• Clean and sanitize pump parts and bottles using the family's bottle washer
• Prepare and manage all child-related meals and feeding support
• Handle child-related laundry
• Log feeds, naps, and pumping sessions in the Huckleberry app (or provide a written daily summary)
• Communicate daily updates and photos via text message
• Keep primary care areas tidy and organized

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional childcare experience/nannying
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Up to date on all vaccinations
• Non-smoker/does not live with a smoker
• COVID-19 vaccination (non-negotiable)
• Annual flu vaccination (non-negotiable)
• Demonstrated knowledge of infant developmental milestones and age-appropriate practice
• Reliable, punctual, and proactively communicative
• Comfortable with a dog in the home (no pet care duties required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Russian-speaking (strongly preferred but not required)
• Degree or coursework in child development, early childhood education, or a related field preferred
