Household Manager/Nanny – Edina, MN Reference W-3218
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week minimum (40 hours guaranteed for candidates seeking full-time)

Job Details
Our client in Edina is seeking a highly organized and proactive Household Manager/Nanny to join their family on a full-time, long-term basis. The family has three children, ages 9, 6, and 4, and is looking for a dedicated professional who can confidently support both the children’s daily routines and the overall management of the household. One parent works in healthcare, and the other is a busy executive, so flexibility and the ability to adapt to occasional schedule changes are essential.

Responsibilities include caring for the children and supporting their daily routines, assisting with homework, preparing meals, and transporting them to activities, appointments, and playdates. In addition, the role involves household management tasks such as family laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, organizing children’s belongings, maintaining shared spaces, running errands, coordinating schedules, and vehicle valet. Occasional overnight care may be required to accommodate the family’s needs. A family vehicle is available for use during work hours.

Requirements:
• Professional experience in nanny and household management roles
• Strong calendar management experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes and provide flexibility as needed
• Outstanding professional references
