Experienced Nanny - Neurodivergent Child (Afternoon / Evening)

A warm, patient, and experienced nanny is sought to support a neurodivergent child in a private family household. The ideal candidate is calm, emotionally attuned, and experienced in creating structured, supportive environments for children who benefit from predictable routines and thoughtful guidance.

Responsibilities include managing the child's afternoon and evening routine, including after-school transitions, homework support, engaging activities, meal preparation, and evening wind-down. The nanny will support emotional regulation, sensory needs, and maintain clear communication with parents while following established routines and strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with neurodivergent children (e.g., autism spectrum, ADHD, sensory processing differences)
• Background in childcare, behavioral support, education, or a related field preferred
• Patient, calm, and nurturing caregiving style
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in a private household
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule & Compensation
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional weekends.
Compensation starting at $130K -$175K commensurate with experience. Benefits included.
