This is a beautiful role for a grounded, intuitive, and experienced nanny who is passionate about holistic living, child development, and becoming a meaningful part of a family’s journey from the very beginning.
The Role
Full-time, live-out nanny
Opportunity for additional weekend hours (flexible and discussed in advance)
Travel opportunities ranging from several trips per year to more frequent travel depending on family plans
Start date: Late September to October (flexible for the right fit)
This position is intended to grow into a long-term, collaborative role as the family evolves.

The family is seeking a nanny who can work collaboratively alongside them while also confidently stepping in when needed.
They follow a holistic, low-tox lifestyle and prioritize:

- A calm, nurturing home atmosphere
They would love to find someone who appreciates culture, food, and tradition. Additional language skills are a plus, though not required.
The family also has a small, friendly dog.

Responsibilities
- Full childcare for a newborn with a strong focus on development and attachment
- Supporting feeding routines
- Comfortable with cloth diapering and care
- Preparing simple, healthy meals
- Baby-related household tasks such as:
- Organizing nursery and baby items
- Steaming baby clothes
- Maintaining clean, calm spaces for the child
- Occasional light pet care
- Running errands as needed

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of nanny experience
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- Strong infant and toddler experience
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable with dogs
- Clean background check and motor vehicle report
- Comfortable signing an NDA
- Farsi speaking candidates are a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $45 to $75+ per hour depending on experience
- Full-time guaranteed hours
