Inside Their World:

An outgoing, traditional family is looking for two energetic and proactive nannies to join them for a 16-week contract and support them in caring for their 3-year-old son and their 1-year-old twins. The family is only considering applicants local to the area and is not open to fly-in/fly-out.

Their 3-year-old son is the typical toddler, energetic, playful, and full of personality. While he may be a bit shy at first, he warms up quickly and loves to use his voice. He enjoys spending time with his cousins, being surrounded by family, and attending his weekly KidStrong classes. He’s an older brother to a loving pair of 1-year-old twins. They are both sweet and easy-going, with one being slightly calmer than the other.

Family Environment:

Mom and Dad, two loving and active parents, lead their family with an intentional and structured approach. They value clear routines, prioritize traditional Catholic values, and strive to create a home that feels safe, warm, and fun for their children. Due to current health circumstances, Mom and Dad will need extra full-time support, especially during a two-week period when they will be away. During this time, care will take place at their sister-in-law’s home, located about 20 minutes from their residence.

In their free time, the family enjoys being together, spending time with extended family and friends, and getting outdoors with their children.

Who Thrives Here:

The family’s ideal nannies are highly energetic, engaging, and organized. They bring a sharp intuition to identify needs before they arise and work efficiently and independently, without constant direction. They are motivated, exercise sound judgment, and communicate clearly,  with a genuine desire to build meaningful, respectful relationships. Aligned with the family’s traditional values, they are discreet, reliable, and mature in their approach. Lastly, these professionals are assertive, strong leaders, and patient, with a compassionate heart to support this family during these unique circumstances.

Daily Rhythm:

You will provide attentive, nurturing care for the twins and toddler, thoughtfully supporting their needs, routines, and development. Responsibilities include planning fun educational, age-appropriate activities and outings, including taking the kids swimming, safely driving the kids to and from activities, preparing meals/snacks and bottles for them, and washing/sterilizing bottles/breast pump parts. The role also involves general tidying/organizing (not housekeeping), keeping children’s common spaces clean, laundering their clothes & linens, emptying the diaper pail, and texting photos throughout the day.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional childcare experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable and insured vehicle
  • Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to swim and comfortable caring for children in and near water
  • Pet friendly. The family has a medium-sized English Bulldog
