NATIONWIDE SEARCH: ORGANIZED LIVE-IN/LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR FAMILY IN BEACHWOOD, OH

Location: Beachwood, OH, 44122

Compensation: $35/hr

Schedule: 40 guaranteed hrs/week. Tuesday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, and 2-4 additional hours on Saturdays, twice a month. Flexibility is appreciated.

Benefits: 3 days of paid sick time, 5 days of paid time off, paid major holidays, a healthcare stipend, a continuing education stipend, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for on-the-job travel. Live-in candidates will have a private bedroom and bathroom.

Inside Their World: An appreciative and loving family is seeking an organized and flexible live-in housekeeper to maintain a clean, well run home and partner with their current Pink Nanny to provide very occasional childcare support to their 2-year-old & 3-month old sons.  The family is open to live-in or live-out applicants.

Daily Rhythm: 

The housekeeper will ensure the household runs seamlessly by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning home. Responsibilities include making beds, changing linens, managing family laundry, and cleaning all areas of the home throughout the week. The role also involves organizing projects such as pantry management and kids’ closets, preparing meals and snacks and handling cleanup, as well as running errands to support the family’s daily needs. The role also involves assisting with packing and unpacking when Dad travels, supporting Mom and Dad with miscellaneous personal tasks as needed, as well as occasional childcare support (2 hours per week on average), including helping with the kids’ evening bath time.

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of professional experience as a housekeeper
• Previous experience working with children
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check
• Pet Friendly, family has a small dog

This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law.
