Compensation: $34 per hour + OT Rate / $110,000 Annually
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:30 PM (55 hrs. per week)

Job Details
We are seeking on behalf of our client located in the St. Paul’s Macalester-Groveland neighborhood a long-term, professional, and highly organized nanny to provide dedicated care for their infant twins. This is a sole-charge childcare position with one parent working from home.

This role is fully childcare-focused and includes establishing consistent daily routines, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports early development, and taking an active role in identifying and coordinating age-appropriate classes and activities within the community.

The client specifically values candidates with a background in early childhood education and professional nanny experience, a candidate who can bring that knowledge and expertise directly to support the children’s growth, learning, and overall development.

Candidate should enjoy being active outdoors in all seasons with the ability to confidently navigate new environments while traveling with the family both domestically and internationally. Housekeeper on staff.  A vehicle is available for use during work hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional nanny experience
• Prior experience caring for multiples (twins strongly preferred)
• Travel nanny experience (domestic and international)
• College degree Early Childhood Development (preferred)
• CPR / First Aid Certification
• Flexible schedule to accommodate travel needs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum two-year commitment preferred
