Family Syllabus: This incredible family of five in San Francisco is looking for another exceptional ROTA Nanny to help care for their three bright, energetic, inquisitive, and creative children, who are five and younger. The parents lead a dynamic lifestyle and work from inside and outside of the home. This is a fully staffed home with a housekeeper and chef who handle all the deep cleaning and dinner preparations! They have a property manager to handle the home maintenance. Please be a team player and be open to jumping in where needed! The family has a small hypoallergenic dog, so please be comfortable with animals! Occasional walks and pet care will be required.

Job Synopsis: Spend your days engaging and exploring with the most inquisitive children. Duties will include getting the children ready for the day, taking and picking the children up from school and extracurricular activities, tidying up the children’s play areas, preparing the children’s meals, and keeping up with their laundry. Additional duties will include supporting the household with errands, organization, and making sure the home is stocked with all needed supplies! This is a very independent role that requires a high level of autonomy.
The schedule for this ROTA Nanny position is a 1 week on and 1 week off rotation (non-negotiable), 6:30 am – 8:30 pm, with flexibility to stay later for date nights and events, and changes to the schedule. This role will be live-in on rotation, with a private nanny suite. The family prefers local candidates, but they are comfortable hiring fly-in and fly-out candidates who reside on the West Coast (California, Oregon, and Washington). They are also open to relocating candidates from Los Angeles.
The family is offering an hourly rate that equates to an annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $160,000. Paid sick days and a health insurance stipend are provided. The ROTA nanny will have Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day off! Traveling will be required for 3-4 weeks per year, so be ready to adventure with this amazing team! Overnights are expected, and you must be a safe and reliable driver. They will provide a nanny vehicle, or you are welcome to use your own if that is your preference.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a vaccinated nanny and prefers the flu shot, but it is not required.
