Full-Time Flexible Nanny in San Diego, CA

Family Syllabus: This private UHNW family is seeking two dependable, professional nannies to join their family team! The family has four children and plans to continue to grow.  The parents are hands-on and looking for two dynamic nannies to join their cohesive family team. Their two older children attend preschool, have the sweetest personalities, and are a true joy to be around.

Job Synopsis: Spend your days fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning with these faith-based children! This role centers on supporting their educational growth through engaging, age-appropriate activities, structured learning time, and values-based development. You’ll plan enriching lessons, practice reading, and incorporate faith-based principles into daily learning experiences. Creating a calm, organized, and stimulating environment that encourages academic confidence will be key. In addition to educational responsibilities, you’ll help maintain tidy learning and play spaces, organize books and materials, and ensure the children’s environments are conducive to focus and creativity. Preparing nutritious snacks and lunches, encouraging healthy eating habits, and cleaning up afterward are also part of the daily routine. The schedule for this position guarantees 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to work Monday through Friday between 7 am and 7 pm. This position offers from $45+/hour based on experience, paid overtime, sick days, and a medical stipend. This is a live-out role, and the family is open to assisting with relocation for the right candidate. You should also be open to traveling domestically and internationally with the family. No driving is required, but a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications:

5 years of professional nanny experience 

A college degree is preferred

Excellent swimmer

CPR/first aid certification

TrustLine certified 

Passport ready

Clean driving record
