FULL TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT/HOUSEKEEPER

Summary:
We are seeking a professional, calm, and detail-oriented Family Assistant/Housekeeper to support the daily operations of a private household. This role is primarily focused on housekeeping responsibilities, with approximately six hours per day dedicated to maintaining the home to a high standard and one to two hours of childcare support as needed. Some days will consist solely of housekeeping duties, while others may involve more hands-on childcare support with the child. Responsibilities include deep household organization, laundry care, steaming garments, neatly folding clothing and linens, properly making beds, and providing evening turndown service. Cooking responsibilities are minimal and primarily involve preparing simple meals for the child, while errands and shopping will only be needed occasionally.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate is discreet, respectful of privacy, and naturally understands how to work quietly and unobtrusively within a private home environment. They should be physically fit, efficient, and able to work quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization. Strong housekeeping and laundry skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain a polished and orderly household. Swimming ability is required, as the family has a swimming pool and childcare responsibilities may occasionally involve supervising the baby near the water. A valid passport and willingness to travel with the family on occasion during holidays is strongly preferred.

Required Certifications:
5+ Years of Experience, Perfect DMV

Hourly/Salary:
40-45
