She prioritizes building a happy, healthy home environment for her daughter to thrive, and would appreciate a nanny who can match the same positive energy and show up with a smile every day. Mom’s parenting style blends attentive, nurturing care, emotional intelligence, and structure. Her approach is gentle and in tune with kids’ developmental and emotional needs, yet firm enough to maintain boundaries and stick to routines.
