A private family in Miami is seeking an experienced and professional Overnight Infant Nanny to provide long-term overnight care for their 5month-old daughter within a fully staffed household environment.

The nanny will work as part of a collaborative childcare team alongside a full-time weekday nanny and weekend nanny. The ideal candidate has extensive infant and early childhood experience, strong knowledge of infant sleep routines and nighttime care, and is comfortable communicating effectively during nanny shift transitions to ensure continuity of care.

This role includes overnight infant care, sleep conditioning support, nighttime routines, and maintaining a calm and structured sleep environment for the child.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Overnight shift approximately 7:00 PM to 8:00/9:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive overnight care for one infant child
  • Support nighttime feedings, diapering, soothing, and sleep routines
  • Assist with sleep conditioning and establishing healthy sleep habits
  • Prepare bottles and maintain cleanliness of nursery areas overnight
  • Monitor infant’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night
  • Communicate effectively with parents and nanny team during shift transitions
  • Maintain nursery organization, bottle sterilization, and child-related laundry
  • Accompany family during domestic and international travel
  • Provide professional, discreet, and proactive support within a private household environment

Requirements

  • Extensive infant and early childhood experience
  • Previous experience working in private homes or UHNW households preferred
  • Early childhood education preferred; college degree, early childhood training, or related coursework strongly preferred
  • Fluent in a second language preferred, particularly German or Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of infant sleep routines and overnight care
  • Professional nanny presentation and strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with household staff
  • Professional, discreet demeanor with strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality within private households
  • Flexible for international travel and schedule adjustments when needed
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Strong professional references required
