Full Time House Manager

Summary:
A very cool and laid back UHNW family seeks an exceptional Family Assistant to bring structure, organization, and warmth to their growing household. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of family assistant experience and excel at creating seamless systems while maintaining a nurturing environment. This unique opportunity combines some household management with personal assistance for a family that includes a teen who splits his time between households and a baby on the way. The role requires someone who approaches their work with genuine empathy, understanding, and patience, as our Principals thrive best with clear organization and consistent support. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who brings positive energy and views no task as beneath them.

Required Skills:
Core responsibilities include creating and implementing household systems, wardrobe management, meal planning and prep, digital organization, and vendor management. The successful candidate will audit and optimize each room, create detailed inventories and processes, develop a house manual and employee handbook, and manage specialized projects. Additional duties include assisting with business venture organization, running errands, driving, and coordinating with vendors. The role requires someone with an eye for detail to assist with interior updates, furniture management, and storage solutions as well as work with contractors as the house will be going through some light remodeling in the coming months. While calendar management is handled separately, the position includes bill pay, possible special event planning, and occasional travel logistics support. Must be tech savvy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the highest level of discretion and professionalism, bringing both professional level organizational skills and a hands-on approach to daily household needs.
