Full Time Family Assistant

Summary:
A warm, dynamic, and highly experienced Family Assistant is sought for a thriving ultra-high-net-worth household led by a busy single mother of three. This is a fully staffed home with an established and cohesive team that includes a live-in Housekeeper and a Houseman, and the right candidate will integrate seamlessly and professionally alongside existing staff. The children are kind, thoughtful, and active, and the household runs at a high pace with a full calendar of school, activities, and travel. This role requires someone who genuinely loves children, is equally comfortable with a beloved family dog, and brings a calm, organized presence to everything they do. A true love of family life and a service-first mindset are essential.

Required Skills:
The Family Assistant will work Tuesday through Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off, with Friday overnights required as part of the regular schedule. Primary responsibilities include school drop-off and pickup, transportation to and from a robust schedule of after-school activities, and serving as a reliable, safe, and attentive driver using a household-provided vehicle. Additional duties include grocery shopping, errand running, coordinating household travel logistics and itineraries, and providing general household support that complements the work of the existing staff. The ideal candidate is highly tech-savvy and comfortable managing schedules, communications, and planning tools digitally. A minimum of 10 years of professional family assistant or similar household experience working with UHNW or HNW families is required. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, present verifiable professional references, and be prepared to pass a thorough background check. This is a long-term placement for the right person who is ready to become a trusted and beloved member of a wonderful household.
