Proactive and Professional Part-Time Nanny Needed

Elite Nannies on Demand - Cincinnati, OH
Part-time
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
Application Deadline: N/A
Live-out Nanny

Easygoing, thoughtful, and family-centered parents are seeking a part-time nanny to partner with them in caring for their growing family.

The position begins August 31, 2026, with a new baby arriving in late September and a collaborative care approach while mom is on maternity leave through January.

They’re looking for someone proactive, experienced, and highly dependable, someone who naturally jumps in, takes initiative, and balances hands-on childcare with helping the household run smoothly.

Start Date: August 31, 2026
Schedule: Thursdays and Fridays, 8am–4pm. The family can be flexible for the right candidate and is open to offering 9 or 10-hour shifts if that better fits the nanny’s schedule. They currently have a nanny three days a week and would love to continue that relationship. However, if they are unable to find the right fit for two days, they are open to considering someone seeking a full-time role.
Children: 20-month-old triplets, a new baby arriving in late September, and a 3-year-old older brother. Care will primarily focus on the triplets, then transition to include the baby once mom returns to work in January. Their older brother is typically in school or spending time with grandparents.

Compensation: $25–$35/hour, flexible for the right candidate
PTO: 14 total PTO days per year

This family would thrive with a nanny who is warm, focused, and confident caring for multiple young children. The ideal candidate values kindness and empathy, enjoys helping children learn and grow through books, play, and developmentally appropriate activities, and is comfortable working in a collaborative environment while mom is home. Limited screen time, outdoor play, and helping children build independence are important in this home.

This is a partnership-style role where mom values having someone she can trust to step in, take initiative, and help the day run smoothly. During downtime, helping with children’s laundry, tidying, dishes, and general organization would be greatly appreciated. They value a genuine connection with their nanny while maintaining a professional, focused dynamic.

If you’re proactive, calm under pressure, and excited by the opportunity to grow with a family long-term, this could be a wonderful fit.
