NATIONWIDE SEARCH EXPERIENCED ROTA NANNY NEEDED FOR ADVENTUROUS TODDLER IN LAKE OSWEGO, OR

Children: 3-year-old boy

Compensation: $115,000-$135,000+ annually, depending on experience. The family is open to offering a higher compensation package for an exceptional candidate with highly relevant experience.

Schedule: Full-time rotational schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The nanny will be on call and available 24/7 while on rotation. 

Benefits: Healthcare stipend, continuing education stipend, relocation assistance (if needed), paid time off, paid sick days, paid holidays, and a vehicle for professional use. Live-in while on rotation and live-out while off duty. Private accommodations will be provided while working.

He has a particular love for water, dance parties, and discovering new experiences alongside the people he trusts most. He is incredibly loving and affectionate, with a thoughtful nature that allows him to pick up on the emotions and energy around him.

He is continuing to develop emotional regulation skills. He currently works with occupational therapy supports and benefits from consistency, patience, and adults who can help him feel safe, understood, and confident. The ideal nanny will approach these moments with calm leadership, emotional steadiness, and genuine compassion.

This role is ideal for an experienced rotational nanny who remains calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping families navigate busy lives. The right candidate is emotionally mature, highly organized, adaptable, and confident without being rigid. Someone with experience supporting children with sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation challenges, ADHD, ABA, special needs, or behavioral backgrounds will be especially attractive, though not required. The family is looking for a candidate who understands that great childcare extends beyond activities and routines. It requires presence, judgment, consistency, and the ability to provide emotional safety for a child while seamlessly adapting to changing schedules, travel, and needs.

Daily Rhythm

This is a child focused position centered around helping the toddler thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Responsibilities include planning enriching activities and outings, supporting routines, encouraging independence, coordinating age appropriate adventures, preparing meals for the child, maintaining children's spaces, children's laundry, rotating toys and clothing, unpacking child related deliveries, coordinating activities and appointments, accompanying the family on travel, and collaborating effectively with other household staff.  The family values candidates who can create structure while still embracing spontaneity and adventure. Whether spending the afternoon in the pool, traveling internationally, attending activities, or simply enjoying a quiet day at home, the nanny will play an important role in helping him feel secure, supported, and loved.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Prior ROTA nanny experience strongly preferred
• Experience traveling with families
• Experience working within staffed or high functioning households
• Valid driver's license
• Valid passport & availability to travel domestically and internationally if needed
• Comfortable swimming and supervising children around water
• Special needs, sensory, ABA, behavioral, or emotional regulation experience preferred
• Pet friendly
• Ability to live in while on rotation and live out while off duty
