• Schedule: Mon-Thurs 9AM-6:30PM (with occasional 8AM start time)

  The Nanny Edit is seeking an energetic, polished, and adaptable Mon-Thurs Nanny to support a warm, close-knit family. This role centers around the care of an active and curious 17-month-old little girl who thrives with engagement, movement, and connection. The ideal candidate naturally brings high energy, warmth, professionalism, and a calm presence into the home. This family is looking for a nanny who enjoys the toddler stage and can confidently keep up with a busy little one who loves to explore, play, and stay on the move. This is an excellent opportunity for a nanny who enjoys being integrated into family life. The family frequently attends outings, dinners, and events together and seeks someone comfortable accompanying them and seamlessly rolling with the flow of the day. Flexibility, confidence in public settings, and the ability to remain calm and proactive in dynamic environments are extremely important. The parents are very hands-on and deeply involved in their daughter’s life. They value kindness, communication, curiosity, creativity, good manners, and creating meaningful experiences together as a family. Their home environment is loving, respectful, and intentional, and they are looking for a nanny who aligns naturally with those values. The family follows a calm, respectful, and communicative parenting philosophy. While the parents prefer to take the lead on primary discipline, they absolutely value a nanny who can confidently provide gentle corrective guidance when appropriate, particularly surrounding safety, manners, respect, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will be nurturing while also capable of reinforcing boundaries in a positive and age-appropriate way. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tidiness throughout the day, staying organized, assisting with child-related tasks, and helping keep shared spaces neat and running smoothly. A detail-oriented mindset is highly valued in this role. Responsibilities also include child-related household organization and supplies, such as assisting with reordering essentials for their daughter when needed (water, wipes, snacks, activity items, etc.) and helping ensure those items remain fully stocked, organized, and easily accessible. The family also has one friendly mini poodle.
