A warm, welcoming, and extremely fast-paced family in Michigan is seeking a confident, proactive, and highly adaptable full-time nanny to join their busy household and help support their three children ages 16, 7, and newborn.

This family is looking for a true superstar nanny who can seamlessly step into a dynamic home environment and confidently support children of all ages. While the primary focus will initially be helping care for the newborn, the nanny must also feel very comfortable transitioning into supporting the older children throughout the day and after school. The family deeply values making sure each child feels equally important, loved, supported, and seen during this new transition period. They are hoping to find someone who naturally brings warmth, confidence, flexibility, and initiative into the home while helping create balance for everyone. Mom is a full-time parent and extremely involved with the children. She is looking for another strong teammate who can jump in wherever needed and help keep the household flowing smoothly. This is not a role for someone passive. The ideal candidate is a true go-getter who thrives in busy environments and genuinely enjoys being helpful in all aspects of family life. The Household This is an active, outdoorsy, fun-loving family with many moving parts and lots of personality. Dad works in contract and handyman-related work and enjoys golfing and fitness. Mom enjoys spending time with the children, building Legos, and managing the home full-time. Their oldest child is very artistic and expressive and loves music, creativity, and animals. Their youngest child loves being outdoors, fishing, and active play.

The family also has many beloved animals including:
• Dogs
• Indoor and outdoor cats
• Rabbits
• Chickens
• Ducks and other poultry

The nanny should genuinely feel comfortable in an animal-loving household environment. The family is looking for someone who can be flexible and adaptable as each day may look slightly different depending on the children’s schedules, activities, travel, and household needs. Travel will be required, so the nanny must be passport-ready and comfortable traveling with the family when needed.

Responsibilities Include
• Full care and support for all three children
• Primary focus on newborn care during the day
• Assisting with older children before and after school
• School pick-up and drop-off
• Helping ensure all children receive individualized attention and support
• Supporting age-appropriate routines, schedules, and activities
• Assisting with child-related household organization and tidying
• Helping maintain the overall flow of the household
• Supporting mom in whatever areas are needed throughout the day
• Planning engaging activities and outings for the children
• Traveling with the family when needed
• Creating a calm, positive, and supportive environment for the children and household overall

• Prior professional nanny experience required
• Experience with infants, school age and teenagers a must!
• Strong references required
• CPR and First Aid certified preferred
• Reliable vehicle required
• Comfortable using personal vehicle for job-related duties
• Passport-ready with ability to travel
