A wonderful family in North Austin is seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing nanny to care for their sweet 2-year-old child. This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional who enjoys engaging toddlers in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, development, and fun.

Job Details:

Location: Austin, TX 78727
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $37–$40 per hour DOE
Commitment: 12-Month Contract

Schedule:

3 flexible weekdays
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
24 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and loving care for a 2-year-old child
Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
Encourage learning through play and support developmental milestones
Keep the child active through outdoor play, creative activities, and exploration
Prepare simple meals and snacks for the child
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment related to the child
Follow established routines and communicate effectively with parents

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional childcare or nanny experience
Experience caring for toddlers and supporting developmental growth
Energetic, patient, and proactive caregiver
Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality
Comfortable around pets (family has one German Shepherd)
CPR/First Aid certification Required
