Job Details
We are seeking on behalf of our Miami-based client an exceptional Live-In Certified Newborn Care Specialist for a temporary overnight assignment supporting their newborn from September through December 2026.

The household is fully staffed, including additional nanny staff and a weekend NCS, allowing this role to focus exclusively on overnight care, sleep conditioning, and feeding support. This is a high-level, hands-on newborn care position requiring expertise, discretion, and the ability to work seamlessly within a collaborative luxury household environment.

Please Note

• Live-in accommodations include a private furnished bedroom and private bathroom within the main residence.
• A vehicle will be provided for NCS personal use during the assignment.
• Travel assistance may be provided for the selected candidate, if applicable.
• This role will include scheduled shifts over the Thanksgiving holiday period, with compensation structured to reflect full holiday coverage.
• W-2 household employment with payroll processing and full tax compliance

Requirements
Newborn Care Specialist Certification
Minimum 10+ years of professional newborn care experience
Extensive experience with overnight newborn care and sleep conditioning
Strong background in high-net-worth or fully staffed private households preferred
CPR and First Aid Certification  
Excellent references required from recent newborn placements
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
