Responsibilities
- Providing attentive, engaging childcare
- Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
- Supporting emotional development and social skills
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
- Child laundry
- Cleaning and resetting child-related spaces
- Maintaining a clean kitchen before the end of each shift
- Loading/unloading dishwasher as needed
- Assisting with light family assistant duties when appropriate
- Communicating regularly with mom throughout the day via text updates
- Supporting healthy routines and minimizing illness exposure when possible

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional nanny experience

- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to start)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Clear background check and Trustline
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable being employed legally through payroll (W-2)
- Fluent in English
