35-40 hours per week for the right fit.

A warm and welcoming Orlando family is seeking a proactive, experienced nanny to care for their three children: a 5-year-old boy and infant twin girls. This is an exciting opportunity for a career nanny who loves both infants and school-aged children and is looking for a long-term role with a family that values communication, teamwork, and professionalism.

About the Family

Mom and Dad are both highly involved parents who work together as a team. Dad works from a separate guest house on the property, and Mom remains very hands-on with the children. They are seeking a nanny who can become a trusted extension of their family while bringing confidence, initiative, and child development knowledge to the role.

Their son will be starting kindergarten in August and enjoys activities such as camps, karate, and tee-ball. The twin girls will be around one year old at the start of the position and are beginning to crawl and explore the world around them.

Mom remains very hands-on and frequently jumps in to help throughout the day, so the nanny will not typically be caring for all three children independently for extended periods. However, the family is seeking someone who is fully capable and confident managing all three children when needed and can seamlessly transition between caring for active infant twins and a kindergarten-aged child.

The Ideal Candidate

The family is looking for someone who:

  • Has experience caring for both infants and school-aged children
  • Is engaging, proactive, and enthusiastic
  • Understands child development and enjoys planning enriching activities
  • Can confidently care for three children when needed
  • Is organized and enjoys helping maintain order in a busy household
  • Communicates openly and professionally
  • Can anticipate needs rather than waiting for direction
  • Brings a calm, positive presence to the home
  • Is seeking a long-term position and views nannying as a career
  • Is comfortable traveling with the family several times per year

A background in child development, education, teaching, Montessori, or similar fields is highly valued but not required. Passion for children's growth and development is most important.

Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive, nurturing care for all three children
  • Supporting infant developmental milestones
  • Planning age-appropriate activities, crafts, outings, and learning opportunities
  • Assisting with kindergarten-related routines
  • Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
  • Children's laundry
  • Keeping children's bedrooms, play areas, and activity spaces organized
  • Maintaining the kitchen and child-related areas throughout the day
  • Supporting overall household flow and organization
  • Working collaboratively with parents

Travel

The family regularly spends time at their California home and would love a nanny who is comfortable traveling with them approximately once per quarter, with occasional additional travel opportunities throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional nanny experience
  • Experience with infants required
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Clear background check
  • Willing to provide proof of Up-to-date TDAP, MMR, and COVID vaccinations
  • Open to traveling with the family as needed
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with a 5 lb dog

Benefits

  • Guaranteed hours
  • 2 weeks paid time off
  • 3–5 paid sick days
  • Paid federal holidays
  • Health insurance stipend ($200–$300/month for the right candidate)
  • Travel opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity for a career nanny who enjoys both babies and big kids, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to join a family that values initiative, professionalism, and creating a positive, organized home.
