Reliable and Engaging Nanny/Family Assistant Needed

Hardworking, straightforward, and communicative parents are seeking a nanny/family assistant to care for their infant and become a trusted part of their family’s support system.
First-time parents are preparing to welcome their baby this summer and are looking for support as they transition into this new chapter.
They’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, communicates openly, takes initiative, and provides a nurturing, developmentally focused environment for their infant.

Start Date: October 19, 2026 (flexible based on the baby's arrival)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7am–6pm (44 guaranteed hours per week)
Compensation: $30/hour
Estimated Annual Compensation: $71,760
PTO: 20 total PTO days per year
Retirement and/or healthcare contribution available for the right candidate

This family would thrive with a nanny/family assistant who is direct, honest, and confident communicating their needs while maintaining a warm and collaborative relationship. The ideal candidate is experienced with infants, enjoys creating hands-on learning opportunities, and values curiosity, books, music, and exploration over screen time. Outings to the zoo, library, and other child-friendly activities are encouraged.

Strong communication, honesty, and integrity are highly valued in their home.

As part of the family assistant role, responsibilities include family laundry, unloading the dishwasher, tidying common areas, wiping down kitchen surfaces, and letting the family dog outside as needed.
