A private family in Boston's Seaport district is seeking a highly organized and proactive Estate Manager/Executive Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their household and serve as a trusted partner to the family. This is a full-time, long-term position with a hybrid schedule that is partly remote but requires in-person presence as needed for property oversight, vendor coordination, and special projects.
The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth families, is comfortable balancing executive and household support, and brings exceptional judgment, follow-through, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the family’s residence in Boston and ensure all household functions run smoothly
Coordinate vendors, service providers, maintenance, repairs, and household projects
Manage household budgets, bills, invoices, and general expense oversight
Organize family travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and related arrangements
Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics for the family as needed
Support household systems, calendars, and communication between staff, vendors, and the family
Assist with project management, household planning, and follow-through
Ensure home is maintained to a high standard
Schedule
Full-time, long-term position
5 days per week
On-call availability as needed
40 guaranteed hours per week with possible additional hours as needed
Hybrid structure: majority remote, with in-person presence required for household oversight, projects, and vendor management
Compensation & Benefits
$150,000 annual salary

Qualifications
Prior experience working with UHNW / private families is required
Experience managing household operations, vendors, projects, and travel logistics
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional maturity
Ownership mentality with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Flexible, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs
Comfortable supporting both household and executive responsibilities
Respect for and familiarity with Asian culture strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and strong driving skills required
Willingness to sign an NDA
