They also have an additional nanny during the week and a housekeeper to support with deep cleaning.
Ideal Candidate: This family is searching for a nanny who isn’t just a caregiver but a genuine partner in their children’s development. They would also love a nanny who enjoys preparing healthy meals and snacks for their children as part of their daily care. They’re looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative. This includes keeping the children’s sleeping and play areas tidy and organized. They value a nanny who is a good communicator, flexible, collaborative, yet also adept at following directions and integrating feedback. An excellent driving record is a must.
