Required Skills:
Qualified candidates will have recent full-time nanny experience, including experience caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children, along with hands-on experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental differences. The ideal nanny will understand how to encourage social interaction, foster independence, and support developmental growth through engaging, play-based activities while collaborating closely with parents and therapists.
