A high-energy, faith-centered household in Dallas is looking for a full-time Family Assistant/Household Manager who leads with confidence - someone who builds systems, holds standards, and genuinely enjoys coaching two teenage boys toward independence. They're looking for a true partner for the next chapter of their sons' lives, with a minimum four-year commitment in mind.

What You'll Do

• Guide the boys through daily chores, laundry, and personal organization - coaching toward independence, not doing it for them
• Manage afternoon pickup, homework accountability, and after-school structure
• Prepare weeknight dinners and involve the boys in learning to cook
• Keep the household reset daily and support broader organization and decluttering projects throughout the home
• Handle family errands, shopping for the boys' seasonal and school needs, and household inventory
• Coordinate occasional vendor visits and light vehicle upkeep
• Provide seasonal weekend or overnight coverage during parent travel

Who You Are
You bring 5+ years of experience as a nanny, family assistant or household manager, with a track record of staying with families long-term. You understand neurodivergent thinking and know how to support kids who need consistency, structure, and patience without being told what that looks like. You're a direct communicator who isn't afraid to set expectations, create systems, and hold a family to its own standard. You're comfortable in a home where faith is part of everyday life, and you bring genuine curiosity, warmth, and follow-through to everything you take on.

Compensation: $30–$38/hour DOE, plus guaranteed hours, paid vacation and holidays, health insurance, annual COLA increase, retention bonuses, and use of a family vehicle.
