Our client, located in Shorewood, is seeking a professional, experienced, and nurturing full-time nanny to join their family on a permanent basis. The primary responsibility of this position is providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally focused care for the family's 15-month-old child. The family also has two older children, ages 6 years and 4 years, who attend school and preschool during the day. While the role is centered on the toddler's daily care and development, the nanny should be comfortable providing care for all three children when needed, including during school holidays, school breaks, vacation periods, and occasional schedule changes.
This is a sole-charge position that emphasizes creating a structured, engaging, and loving environment while supporting the toddler's physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development. The ideal candidate will enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encourage exploration and learning through play, reading, and outdoor activities.

The nanny will be responsible for maintaining the child's daily routine, preparing healthy meals and snacks, keeping the children's laundry current, transporting the older children to and from school and preschool as needed, and ensuring all child-related spaces including bedrooms, play areas, and nursery spaces are kept clean, organized, and well maintained. The family values a nanny who is proactive, dependable, organized, and confident managing multiple children's schedules while maintaining a calm and positive household environment.

Both parents work remotely from separate home offices. While they are present in the home during the workday, this is a sole-charge position, and the nanny will be responsible for independently managing the children's daily routines, activities, and care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of professional nanny experience, including recent toddler experience
• Experience caring for multiple children of varying ages
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate milestones
• College degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Excellent professional childcare references
