Active, adventurous, and family-oriented parents are seeking a long-term nanny to care for their two young children. They're looking for someone warm, dependable, and self-motivated who enjoys spending time outside, embraces a little controlled chaos, and creates engaging, screen-free days filled with creativity and fun.

This family would be a wonderful fit for a nanny who thrives outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, climbing, camping, visiting parks, and encouraging children to be curious, capable, and independent. They value imaginative play, creativity, music, healthy living, and raising children who aren't afraid to get a little dirty while exploring the world around them.

The position begins September 1 and offers a consistent schedule of Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (32 guaranteed hours per week).

Mom works from home, so they're looking for someone who is confident working independently, comfortable speaking up when needed, and able to become a natural extension of the family while maintaining structure, consistency, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional childcare experience (nannying, daycare, teaching, or similar)
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
