Job Synopsis: Responsibilities include transportation, daily childcare routines, organizing children’s spaces, coordinating activities, supporting family travel, and maintaining strong communication through nightly updates. The ideal candidate is an excellent swimmer, highly adaptable, discreet, and proactive, with outstanding judgment, communication skills, and a proven history of longevity in previous positions.

The schedule for this position is a 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation, with flexibility to work overnights a few times per month. The family is also open to a traditional full-time schedule with a guarantee of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends as well. The family is pleased to offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package designed to recognize and support a long-term, valued professional. Compensation is from $60 to $75 per hour, with a target annual salary from $150k to $225k, depending on experience, including periods when the family travels without you; overtime is paid in accordance with California law. The position also includes a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and paid sick leave. For ease and convenience, the family provides a family vehicle and company cell phone. Qualifications:
