Full Time Family Assistant

Summary:
A wonderful private family is seeking a proactive, intuitive, and highly trustworthy Family Assistant to support the wife and her twin high school-aged daughters. The role will primarily focus on driving, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and providing a warm, upbeat presence in the home. The family is looking for someone who is personable and engaging, enjoys being a reliable extra set of hands, and takes pride in creating a positive, organized, and welcoming household environment. An observant, self-directed individual who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and provide dependable support without extensive direction or micromanagement will be an excellent fit. The home also has two large, friendly dogs, and daily dog walking once or twice per day will be part of the role.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with families and children and possess excellent judgment, integrity, and discretion. A clean driving record and confidence transporting teenagers are required, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage errands, light household upkeep, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and basic pet care. Candidates should be naturally proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a private home. A cheerful, positive, and engaging personality is highly valued, as the family is looking for someone who can bring warm, upbeat energy to the household while also being respectful of the family’s privacy and routines. TrustLine registration, background screening, and social media vetting will be required as part of the hiring process.

M-Th 7:30 am-4:00 pm

Required Certifications:
5+ Years of Experience, CPR & First Aid, Perfect DMV, Trustline
