Outstanding Career Nanny for Newborn in Ross (Full-time)

A family in Ross is an seeking an exceptional nanny with newborn experience to care for their infant daughter (currently 2 months old) and grow with the family as they have more children in the future. They are looking for a nurturing, organized, and proactive career nanny. Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, working on milestones, helping with developmental transitions, and other child-related tasks (light tidying, preparing/washing bottles, baby laundry, preparing baby-friendly solids, etc.). The best person for them is looking for longevity and comfortable partnering with a stay-at-home mom.

Travel: Candidates should be flexible and willing to travel 3-5 times per year. Trips will be domestic/international and typically last anywhere from a few days to 2.5 weeks for international trips.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience working as a nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Newborn care background/certification (preferable)

Qualifications

• COVID-vaccinated
• TB and Tdap vaccine
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record with reliable vehicle for work related driving (they will reimburse for gas)
• We are looking for a nurturing, organized, and proactive career nanny with outstanding references, Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification (a medical or newborn care background is a plus)
• Extensive newborn care experience
• Familiar with Ross and kid-friendly activities the area has to offer
• Comfortable partnering with stay-at-home parent
• Personable, warm, engaging
• Looking for longevity with a growing family (ideally 5+ years)

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate childcare
• Partnering with stay-at-home mom
• Preparing, washing, sanitizing bottles
• Assisting with developmental transitions such as solids, schedule, etc.
• Preparing solids, meals, snacks as child grows
• Light tidying (nursery, common/play areas, kitchen, etc.)
• Baby laundry
• Travel with family as needed
