The family is specifically looking for a caregiver who is fluent in Spanish and will speak primarily in Spanish to their daughter throughout the day. They hope to create a strong Spanish-language foundation from infancy, so the nanny should feel completely comfortable naturally communicating, reading, singing, playing, and engaging with the baby in Spanish on a daily basis.
The family splits their time between Newport Beach, California and Reno, Nevada, and approximately two weeks each month will involve traveling with the family between the two locations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel and enjoy the flexibility and variety that comes with working across both homes.
