Inside Their World:
A close-knit, hands-on family is looking for a nurturing & adaptable nanny/family assistant to care for their 2.5-year-old son and 2-month-old infant daughter.
Their 2.5-year-old son is happy, playful, and curious. He enjoys playing sports, hitting golf balls, riding his bike, coloring, and playing with his Tonie. His parents are very engaged with him and enjoy introducing him to new experiences and helping him learn through everyday activities.
Their 2-month-old daughter is in the newborn stage, with her days centered around eating and sleeping.
The family places a strong emphasis on nurturing curiosity and imagination and is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children and bringing playfulness and creativity into their day.
Family Environment:
Mom and Dad are very involved and hands-on parents who enjoy being active and engaged with their children. They love teaching their children new things and creating opportunities for them to learn through everyday experiences, with an emphasis on kindness, curiosity, and imagination. Mom & Dad will be in and out of the home throughout the day, so comfort with a collaborative, active household environment is essential.
The family enjoys hiking, visiting parks, taking walks around their neighborhood, and traveling together. They appreciate an active lifestyle while also enjoying relaxed time at home.
Creativity and imagination are especially important in their home. They encourage their children to be kind to animals, respectful of nature, and curious about the world through stories, crafts, and creative play. They value a warm, respectful, and collaborative household and hope to welcome someone who can become a trusted part of their family.
Who Thrives Here:
This position is ideal for a warm, capable, emotionally intelligent professional who naturally balances confidence with kindness and takes pride in being a dependable part of a family's daily life.
They are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can adapt to where each child is emotionally and developmentally each day. They are looking for someone trustworthy, professional, and warm who can truly engage with their children and create a fun, enriching environment. Someone who can encourage their children’s imagination and curiosity, inspire creativity, and make everyday experiences opportunities for exploration, discovery, and learning.
This person should be proactive and naturally anticipate needs and take ownership without waiting to be asked. They value someone who is quietly efficient, organized, detail-oriented, and independent, with high standards and strong follow-through.
Strong, direct communication is especially important. The right person is transparent, honest, receptive to feedback, and emotionally mature, with the ability to read the room and respect the family's space and boundaries. Flexibility and adaptability are also key, as the nanny should be comfortable adjusting to changing plans and each child's individual needs.

The nanny will provide attentive, nurturing care for the family's children, supporting their daily routines, development, and changing needs. Responsibilities include engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, encouraging imaginative and independent play, spending time outdoors, creating opportunities for learning and exploration, and keeping the parents updated with photos and highlights from the children's day.
