Inside Their World:

A warm and thoughtful family is looking for an experienced NCS to support them with their new baby. As first-time parents, they are looking for someone knowledgeable, calm, and confident who can help them feel comfortable and supported during the newborn stage.

Family Environment:

This family values a home that feels organized, calm, and engaging. They are seeking an NCS who can bring reassurance, experience, and confidence to the newborn stage.

This family is looking for someone who thinks several steps ahead. They value someone who can share their expertise while respecting their parenting preferences and helping them establish a comfortable rhythm at home.

The NCS will manage all newborn-related care, including feeding, sleep support, diapering, soothing, and establishing early routines. They will keep Mom informed of the baby’s needs, patterns, and progress while providing knowledgeable and confident care throughout the day. Responsibilities will also include preparing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts, maintaining the nursery and baby areas, managing the baby’s laundry, keeping newborn supplies organized and stocked, and ensuring the baby’s belongings are ready for outings and appointments. The NCS will also be a supportive resource for Mom, offering guidance and reassurance while respecting the family’s preferences and parenting style.
