Pay Rate: $40.00–$45.00 Per Hour + Overtime ($114K–$129K Annually)

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (50 Hours)

Our client located in Coral Gables, Miami is seeking a warm, polished, and educationally minded Nanny to care for their three children, ages 9, 7, and 3. The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background, extensive professional nanny experience, and the ability to provide engaging, developmentally appropriate care while supporting the children's academic, social, and physical development.

This is a sole-charge childcare position for a professional Nanny who enjoys creating a fun, stimulating, and educational environment. Responsibilities include engaging the children in age-appropriate academic and physical activities, providing school and activity transportation, managing the children's calendars and daily schedules, and assisting with children’s laundry and meal preparation. The Nanny will work collaboratively with the household team and should be comfortable taking initiative in a busy family environment.

Travel: The Nanny will accompany the family on approximately four domestic trips annually. All travel-related expenses are covered, with a daily travel per diem provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of recent professional nanny experience
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Education, or a related field preferred. Teaching experience will be strongly considered.
• Previous travel nanny experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Clear and safe driving history
• Competent swimmer
• Warm, engaging, and educational approach to childcare
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Ability to work collaboratively with household staff
• Flexible and willing to travel with the family
• Commitment to a long-term position
