ROTA Nanny Fly-In/Fly-Out Optional | Miami Beach, FL

A private and kind family in Miami Beach is seeking a rotational nanny to join their family. The schedule follows a 1 week on, 1 week off rotation, with the nanny residing in the home during on weeks and fully off duty during off weeks, working 24/7 while on rotation. The family is looking for a dedicated, long-term caregiver to become a trusted, consistent presence for the child. Start date is November/December. The child is 3.5 years old. Open to fly in/fly out candidates.

Responsibilities

• Full-time childcare coverage during on weeks, including overnight care
• Managing the child's daily routines, meals, and age-appropriate activities
• Maintaining the child's room, laundry, and play areas
• Coordinating with the off-week nanny to ensure smooth handoffs and consistency in routines
• Traveling domestically and internationally with the family as needed

Desired Qualifications

• Professional rotational nanny experience preferred
• Comfortable with a live-in, 1 week on/1 week off schedule, 24/7 while on rotation
• Organized, proactive, and able to maintain consistency across handoffs
• Positive, family-oriented, and adaptable
• Interested in a long-term placement

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a private household
• Valid US work authorization
• Strong verifiable references
• Valid Driver's License with great driving record
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid passport, ready to travel domestically and internationally
