Compensation: $45.45 per hour / $130,000 Annually
Start Date: Immediate / Flexible for the right candidate
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (50 Hours)

The Woodford Agency is seeking, on behalf of our client in Pacific Palisades, California, an experienced, polished, and engaging Full-Time Nanny to care for three children, ages 12, 7, and 2.5 years. The two older children are in school during the day, with the nanny's primary daytime focus being the family's 2.5-year-old. The ideal candidate will be warm, proactive, organized, and confident caring for children across a range of developmental stages. The role includes school pickups, afternoon care for all three children, homework support, and engaging activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care and supervision, with primary daytime care focused on the 2.5-year-old
• Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate outings and activities with the youngest child during the day
• Safely transport children to and from school, activities, appointments, and outings
• Manage daily routines, school schedules, activities, and transportation
• Assist with homework, reading, and school-related activities for the older children
• Support creative activities, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning
• Assist with children's laundry, organization, and maintaining tidy children's areas
• Coordinate children's belongings, school items, and activity needs
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding schedules, activities, and children's needs
• Travel with the family as needed
• Maintain a calm, organized, and positive environment for the children

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
• California TrustLine registration required
• College Degree (preferred)
• Previous experience caring for multiple children, ideally including toddlers and school-age children
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate engagement
• Confident, safe driver with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving children regularly in the Los Angeles area
• Competent swimmer with strong water-safety awareness; swimming ability required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
• Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
• Polished, professional presentation appropriate to a private household
• Flexible and willing to travel with the family as needed
