Family Syllabus: This incredible UHNW family in San Francisco is seeking an exceptional rotational nanny team to join their established household team and provide attentive, engaging care for their children. The family recently welcomed a newborn, who is currently supported by a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist through January 2027. Their spirited 2-year-old daughter is curious, energetic, and ready to fill her days with laughter, exploration, and age-appropriate adventures. Their 8-year-old son is with the family every other week and attends a nearby school. The family values structure, consistency, and thoughtful care. The children thrive with a predictable routine while still having plenty of opportunities for play, outings, educational activities, and memorable experiences. Mom is currently studying from home, while Dad is frequently in and out of the residence.

This is a fully staffed, collaborative household that includes a housekeeper, Estate Manager, and Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who communicates well, respects established household systems, and is always willing to jump in and support the family and team where needed. A flexible, proactive, and no-task-is-too-small attitude will be essential for success in this role.

Job Synopsis: Spend your days engaging and exploring with the most inquisitive children. Responsibilities will include child-related meal preparation, tidying and organizing children’s spaces, children’s laundry, occasional errands, before- and after-school routines including school drop-off and pick-up, coordinating activities, holding the monitor overnight while on duty, and occasional light family assistance such as picking up dry cleaning, managing the dishwasher, and taking out the trash. The schedule is a 1-week on and 1-week off rotation, 24/7 availability while on duty, with typical hours being 6 am – 7 pm, with flexibility to work later when the parents go out or have an event. This role will be live-in on rotation, and they are looking for local candidates or candidates who are willing to relocate only. The family is not open to flying a candidate in and out for this position. The target salary is approximately $205k per year.  Paid sick days, full health, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and they are open to providing relocation assistance. Traveling will be required, so be ready to adventure with this amazing team! You must be a safe and reliable driver. They will be providing a nanny vehicle.

Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who has standard immunizations, including MMR, Tdap, and FLU.

Qualifications:

10 years of professional nanny experience  

At least one year of prior ROTA experience 

NorCal resident or open to relocation

Prior International and Domestic travel experience

Valid Passport

CPR/first aid certification
