Inside Their World:
A loving and connected family is seeking an experienced, professional nanny to become a trusted and steady presence in their home as they begin this exciting stage of parenthood with their 11-week-old daughter.
She is a very sweet, happy baby who is thriving and meeting all of her milestones. She is increasingly expressive, cooing and making little sounds as she discovers the world around her. Mom is breastfeeding and plans to continue, with bottles incorporated as needed.
The family has established a thoughtful rhythm around their daughter and is looking for a nanny who can step into that routine with confidence and care. This is an opportunity for someone who truly enjoys the newborn stage and takes pride in providing attentive, responsive care. The ideal nanny will bring strong infant experience, good instincts, and a genuine love for helping a baby grow, explore, and thrive.
Family Environment:
Mom and Dad are organized, thoughtful, and open minded professionals who value reliability, emotional maturity, mutual respect, and clear communication. As first time parents, they are excited to welcome an experienced caregiver who can serve as a knowledgeable and steady partner as they navigate this new chapter.
Mom works from home in a dedicated office space, while dad has a hybrid schedule and works from home approximately 2 to 3 days per week. They are very involved in their daughter’s life and are looking for someone who can confidently manage the baby’s care while respecting the parents’ preferences and established routines. The nanny should be comfortable working alongside the parents, remaining engaged throughout the day, and caring for their child in their home.
Outside of work and parenting, the family enjoys golfing, tennis, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. They value close relationships, an intentional approach to parenting, and a home that feels warm, welcoming, and peaceful.
Who Thrives Here:
This role is ideal for a professional nanny with strong, recent newborn and infant experience who is warm, nurturing, calm, highly organized, and proactive. The family is looking for someone who is confident and knowledgeable while remaining flexible, receptive, and respectful of their parenting style.
The right candidate will take ownership of the baby's care without needing to be managed, while bringing expertise without being rigid or overbearing. She should naturally anticipate needs, maintain an organized and consistent rhythm, and adapt as the baby grows.
Personality is especially important. The ideal nanny is emotionally steady, communicates clearly, welcomes feedback, and can offer thoughtful recommendations.
Above all, they are looking for someone who brings a sense of calm, confidence, and ease to their home while providing exceptional, loving care to their daughter and becoming a long term, trusted partner in her care and development.
Daily Rhythm:
The nanny will provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care while supporting the baby's growth through feeding routines, naps, language development, sensory play, tummy time, and other age appropriate activities. She will be comfortable supporting the baby's current routine, including feeds every 2 to 3 hours with breastmilk and bottles, while remaining flexible as her needs and schedule evolve.
Child related household responsibilities will include washing bottles and pump parts, preparing bottles and age appropriate meals as needed, managing children's laundry, tidying the nursery and child related spaces, organizing toys and baby belongings, restocking diapers, wipes, and other baby essentials, maintaining and preparing the diaper bag, and planning engaging, age appropriate activities. The nanny may also take photos of the baby for the parents using the family’s non-networked digital camera. For privacy, the nanny should not use a cellphone or other connected device to take photos of the baby. The family appreciates someone who takes initiative, notices what needs attention, and naturally contributes to maintaining an organized, peaceful, and welcoming environment.

This position is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
