New parents are moving to Boca Raton next month. The family is seeking a warm, easygoing, and professional nanny with experience who can provide highly responsive, language-rich care while supporting the children’s social, physical, and emotional development through age-appropriate, screen-free activities. Knowledge of safe sleep practices and excellent cleanliness standards are essential. Responsibilities will include child-related household tasks such as washing bottles, completing the children’s laundry, and preparing meals once they begin eating solids. Both parents work from home, so the nanny must be comfortable working collaboratively in a work-from-home household.

Ideal Nanny: Experienced; warm, responsive care; knowledge of early childhood development (social, mobility/physical, emotional etc.); collaborates well with WFH parents. 

Pay: 
- $40 per hour
- Paid time off and holidays 
- On payroll, W2
- Medical stipend of $200-300 per month

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm 
- Occasional date nights 
- Must be flexible if the schedule changes to 8am to 6pm or 9am to 7pm as the babies grow. 

Children: Twins, 6 months old
