Imagine Care Nannies is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly dependable Part-Time Nanny & Family Assistant for a wonderful family in the Richardson / Far North Dallas area. The family has two young children, a toddler daughter and an infant son, and places a strong emphasis on raising their children in a loving, Christ-centered home. Position Details

• Location: Richardson / Far North Dallas, TX 75248

• Position: Part-Time Nanny & Family Assistant

• Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is selected

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week

• Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications

• Children: Two children, toddler girl and infant boy

• Commitment: Long-term; initial one-year agreement

• Additional Hours: Opportunities for additional hours may be available

Primary Responsibilities

Childcare & Development

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for both children.

• Plan and engage in enriching, age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.

• Encourage age-appropriate independence, problem-solving, and confidence through hands-on learning, exploration, and natural consequences, while providing patient guidance and maintaining appropriate safety boundaries.

• Actively support the family's Christian values into the children's daily routines and activities in an age-appropriate, engaging manner.

• Support established feeding, nap, and daily care routines.

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the children's spaces.

• Communicate openly and proactively with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and developmental needs.

Family Assistant Support

• Assist with child-related household organization and daily upkeep.

• Help maintain an orderly and functional environment for the family.

• Support family routines and household needs during appropriate periods of the workday.

• Work collaboratively with Mom to anticipate needs, coordinate responsibilities, and help the household run smoothly.

Childcare will remain the primary responsibility, with family assistant duties incorporated as appropriate throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Professional childcare experience, including direct experience with infants and toddlers.

• Strong professional childcare references.

• Current infant and child CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification before employment.

• Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Authorization to work legally in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
