Schedule: Mon & Tues 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Wed–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (50 hours per week)

Job Details
Our returning agency client, a Minneapolis-based executive couple, is seeking a dedicated, highly experienced Nanny for their 8-year-old and 5-month-old infant. Responsibilities include providing attentive, age-appropriate childcare, managing daily routines, bottle feeding, supporting the transition to solid foods, and planning developmental activities for the infant. The nanny will also organize playdates, activities, and classes for the older child and accompany the children to parks, museums, and other attractions.

The nanny will accompany the family on regular domestic and international trips lasting up to two weeks, requiring flexibility to maintain the children's routines while traveling. This is a fully staffed, informal household, and the nanny is expected to work collaboratively with other household staff while maintaining a professional, proactive, and child-focused approach. Duties include keeping children's areas tidy and cleaning up after their meals and activities. A vehicle will be provided for use during working hours to transport the children to school, activities, and outings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience
• College Degree (preferred)
• Experience caring for infants and school-aged children
• Recent infant care experience, including experience transitioning infants to solid foods
• Travel nanny experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license
• Flexible and available to accommodate occasional schedule changes, weekends, holidays, domestic and international travel
• Professional, adaptable, and comfortable working collaboratively with other household staff
